A 16–32 mm Dual-Station Automatic Pipe Coiler is an industrial machine designed to automatically wind plastic pipes with outer diameters of 16–32 mm into neat, uniform coils. It is commonly used in PE, HDPE, PEX, PERT and drip irrigation pipe extrusion lines.
Its dual-station design allows one station to prepare or discharge a finished coil while the other station continues winding, helping reduce production interruptions and improve overall efficiency. Depending on the configuration, the machine can also perform automatic pipe cutting, strapping and coil unloading.

Main functions
1. Dual-station automatic winding
Two winding stations alternate operation, reducing downtime when a finished coil needs to be changed or removed.
2. Precise coil formation
The winding and pipe-arranging systems help produce neat, compact coils with consistent dimensions and controlled pipe tension.
3. Automatic cutting and strapping
According to the machine configuration, the pipe is cut at the preset length and secured with plastic straps for easier handling, storage and transportation.
4. Automatic coil unloading
The finished coil is automatically discharged from the winding station, reducing manual handling and operator workload.
5. PLC automation and control
Operators can configure relevant parameters, such as winding speed and coil dimensions, through the control system. Synchronization with the extrusion line helps maintain stable production.
Typical applications
· PE and HDPE water supply pipes
· PEX and PERT pipes
· Drip irrigation pipes
· Flexible plastic pipes used in construction and agriculture
· Single wall corrugated pipe
Note: Maximum winding speed, coil diameter, coil width, number of straps and motor power depend on the specific model. These specifications should be confirmed before publishing a technical datasheet.
