The 75–160 mm Single-Station Automatic Pipe Coiler is an industrial machine designed to automatically wind compatible plastic pipes with outer diameters ranging from 75 mm to 160 mm into neat, uniform coils.
Designed for integration with plastic pipe extrusion lines, the machine automates the winding process to help maintain consistent coil formation, reduce manual labor and improve production efficiency. Its single-station structure offers a relatively compact solution for manufacturers producing large-diameter flexible plastic pipes.
Depending on the configuration, the machine can also incorporate automatic pipe cutting, coil securing and finished-coil unloading.

Main functions and features
1. Automatic pipe winding
Automatically winds compatible 75–160 mm plastic pipes into coils, helping maintain stable winding performance and consistent finished-coil quality.
2. Uniform coil formation
The winding and pipe-guiding mechanisms help arrange the pipe evenly, producing organized coils that are easier to handle, store and transport.
3. Automatic pipe cutting
When equipped with an automatic cutting system, the machine cuts the pipe at the preset length or winding endpoint to prepare the finished coil for removal.
4. Finished-coil unloading
An automatic unloading mechanism, if included, transfers the completed coil away from the winding station, reducing manual handling and supporting a more streamlined workflow.
5. Automated control
The control system coordinates winding and other configured functions. Operators can adjust supported parameters, such as winding speed and coil dimensions, to suit production requirements.
6 automatic strapping
Typical applications
· PE and HDPE water supply pipes
· Large-diameter flexible plastic pipes
· Agricultural irrigation pipes
· Industrial fluid transportation pipes
· Compatible plastic pipe extrusion production lines
Important: Pipes in the 75–160 mm range may be too rigid to coil at certain wall thicknesses. Suitability depends on pipe material, wall thickness, minimum bending radius and required coil dimensions.
Key specifications to confirm
